Standard

Provides routine maintenance and access to our callout services, 24-hours a day. A call-out charge will apply.

2 Star

Provides the benefits of Standard but also covers call-out charges.

3 Star

Provides full servicing including callout charges, free fitting of replacement parts for normal wear and tear and firmware upgrades on Minder installed systems.

Maintenance & Service Options

Standard

  • 24/7 support from Minder Customer Service
  • Engineers are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
  • Eight hour response to all our emergency call outs (subject to contract).
  • Routine inspection per year (two routine inspections if the alarm system has Police response).
  • Minor system adjustments during inspection.
  • 12 month warranty for additional fitted equipment.
  • Free security and fire survey.

2 Star

  • Includes everything in standard plus…
  • Engineer call out charges included.

3 Star

  • Includes everything in 2 Star plus…
  • Replacement parts fitted free (failure due to normal wear and tear).
  • Firmware upgrades free on Minder installed systems.

Callout Charges : Special Notes

With 3 Star and 2 Star, engineer call out charges are included except in the case of where the system has been damaged by users or third parties or as a call out due to customer miss-operation. Nor are charges included if the system has been damage due to fire, storm, flood or act of God.
